Of course you are really busy! You are in the thick of your career in addition to your family & personal life. That is why I’ve designed my coaching to integrate into your day-to-day life. No hours and hours of homework! We begin your 1-1 coaching with a 90-minute kick-off, then move to 1-hr weekly or bi-weekly sessions that we schedule according to our mutual availability. Several of my past and current clients who were initially worried about having time for coaching now say it is one of the favorite hours of the whole week, and eagerly make the extra 10 minutes or so per day to integrate the new best practices we discuss into their schedules with zero stress. In fact, my clients find that they get time back with their partners, spouses, kids, friends, and even during the work day when they begin to incorporate what they learn in 5V coaching!
The decision to work with a private coach IS an investment. Because of her bespoke approach which includes voice support in-between sessions, personalized notes & roadmap, and an "all-in" approach to your success, Stefani only works privately with a select number of clients per quarter on a rolling basis. She offers 2-3 package choices that vary with deliverables and duration options based on your coaching needs and vision for success. She offers payment plans and accepts checks, Venmo and credit cards via Paypal. Stefani's private coaching packages are rooted in value delivered (she does not charge by the hour). To date, 100% of her clients would recommend her and have offered to serve as a reference. 85% of her clients raise their incomes by at least 10% in working with Stefani, so the coaching investment typically pays for itself.
Recognizing that private coaching is not a fit for everyone, Stefani currently offers a guided course + group coaching for women on the topic of relationships for $2997. For sales professionals experiencing burn out and contemplating a change, Stefani also currently offers a self-guided mini-course at under $200 total.
